Otsego Pride Alliance is proud to offer The Kota Flood Memorial Scholarship opportunity to students in hopes to help with their educational dreams. Students should self identify as members of the LGBTQ community, be between the ages of 16-21, and be entering their first year of continuing education in college, trade school or certificate program. Students should be residents of Otsego County NY.

The Kota Flood Memorial Scholarship is operated by Otsego Pride Alliance and runs from January 30, 2023 to May 1, 2023. All students who are at least 16 years old and are legal residents of the United States (only New York) are eligible (additional eligibility may apply). Void where prohibited by law.
